Returns & refunds

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened packs.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a quality issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds for online payments are made to the original payment method. Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full.
